The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Innovative Training Associates (ITA) for use of ITA developed automated tracking system entitled Automated PC Training Administration System (APTAS). The Contractor (ITA) shall furnish technical and administrative support to Human Resource Development Branch (HRD) located in the DISA Headquarters installation. More specifically, the Contractor shall provide complete administration of HRD sponsored training courses, including the planning, scheduling, publicized, student registration, instructor/vendor interface, statistical database development and dissemination, and maintenance in relation to approzimately 18 PC training classes for DISA. APTAS is critical to the successful training of 2,160 students over the twelve months and additional one year option. See Note 22. (0130)
