The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for the lease and maintenance of 19 copiers for the period of one year, with three one-year options. The contractor shall provide a cost per copy, monthly copier service with unlimited copies, to include all copier equipment, maintenance and supplies, exclusive of paper regardless of monthly copy volume produced. Copiers will be located at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District. It is estimated that the solicitation will be issued May 27, 1996.
