Encore Computer Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer and owns the specifications necessary to manufacture the kits. Encore does not make the required proprietary information available to other firms. NUWCDK intends to negotiate a sole source contract for this requirement with Encore Computer Corp, Huntsville, AL under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
