The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to purchase from Heim Recorders, Inc. the following equipment: (1) DATaRec D4, Heim Recorders, Inc. P/N-112-400, three (3) each, (2) 8 Channel Input, Heim Recorders, Inc. P/N-112-435, five (5) each, (3) 8 Channel Output Heim Recorders, Inc. P/N-112-440, nine (9) each, (4) Service Manual, one (1) each. The recorders are required to record critical vibration data subjected to the APG-63V1 radar from the F-15 airframe. Aggregate equipment must be compatible to integrate with the Heims design on the onboard data system in terms of space and capability requirements. Interested firms will only be considered if they respond with clear and convincing documentation that they are capable of meeting or exceeding the requirements stated herein at a cost sufficiently more advantageous than Heim Recorders, Inc.
