Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, intends to issue a
solicitation for Plastic Cut Munitions for Simulated Equipment Test
Hard- ware (SETH) in support of the Chemical Demilitarization Program.
The proposed procurement is for the acquisition of plastic simulated
munitions for training and public display purposes. The simulated
munitions require- ment consist of an initial requirement of sets of
the following munitions: (1) 105mm M60, 1 set; (2) 105mm M360, 3 sets;
(3) 4.2-inch M2/A1 M, 3 sets; (4) 155mm M110, 1 set; (5) 155mm M121A1,
5 sets; (6) 8-inch M426, 5 sets; (7) Bomb MC1, 1 set; (8) Bomb MK94, 1
set; (9) Bomb MK116, with Overpak and Furnace Cradle, 3 sets; (10)
Spray Tank, with Overpak and Furnace Cradle, 3 sets; (11) Ton
Container, 7 sets; (12) M55 Rocket (Full Scale), 8 sets; (13) M55
Rocket (Half Scale), 8 sets; and (14) On-Site Containers (Truck,
Internals, and Miniatures), 12 sets. Delivery and set-up is required
for the Tooele and Anniston sites 25 February 1997, and for the other
siteson or before 19 August 1997. Additional optional requirements of
various quantities in a range of zero to forty-three sets each of the
following munitions may also be required over the following four year
period: (1) 105mm M60, 0-11 Range; (2) 105mm M360, 0-9 Range; (3)
4.2-inch M2/A1, 0-11 Range; (4) 155mm M110, 0-13 Range; (5) 155mm
M121A1, 0-11 Range; (6) 8-inch M426, 0-11 Range; (7) Bomb MC1, 0-9
Range; (8) Bomb MK94, 0-9 Range; (9) Bomb MK116, 0-14 Range; (10) Spray
Tank, 0-14 Range; (11) Ton Container, 0-18 Range; (12) M55 Rocket, 0-38
Range; (13) On-Site Containers (Working), 0-43 Range; (14) On-Site
Containers (See-through), 0-35 Range; and (15) On-Site Containers
(Sectioned), 0-21 Range. Requirements will be delivered to one or more
of the following sites: (1) Tooele Army Depot, Utah; (2) Anniston Army
Depot, Alabama; (3) Umatilla Army Depot, Oregon; (4) Pine Bluff Army
Arsenal, Arkansas; and (5) Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. These
requirements will be used to support the indoctornation and training of
employees and the general public in the disposal of chemical agent
munitions. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination. The Standard Industrial
Code applicable to this procurement is 3089. All responsible sources
may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. See
