Sole Source Justification: The McCabe Battlemap complexity tool is an engineering and analysis tool which operates in a graphical environment to provide global visualization of source code quality, complexity, and test attributes. The McCabe Battlemap complexity tool is the only known tool that supports the Navy's CMS2 language. Anticipated award date: 5/29/ 96. Delivery date: 30 DAC. FOB Destination at NUWCDIVNPT.
