The US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to determine the type and characteristics of subaqueous materials - primarily bedrock-and the extent and condition of the rock as it exists to the depth and at the locations specified for examination by means of diamond drill core borings. The work will consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, supplies and accessories required to accomplish the investigations, together with all other operations incidental to the work, in strict accordance with the specifications.
