The contractor will perform reduction in size of over-sized concrete slabs, load, transportation to his or her recycling facility. Approximately 3,876 cubic yards (7,849 tons) of reinforced concrete slab. The contractor shall be responsible for supplying all equipment required to perform loading, transporting and recycling of reinforced concrete slabs. Contractor shall be required to provide all equipment (i.e., front-end loaders, dump trucks and jack hammers if needed) to perform the required task. The recycling facility shall be in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local environmental regulations. The government will perform a site inspection of the contractor's recycling facility prior to award to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and permits. The standard industry code (SIC) is 8999, size standard is $5.0M. This procurement will be advertised as a 100% small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
