Center Jacksonville, Florida requires a contract for the recycling of
spent mercury-containing lamps and devices (fluorescent bulbs). The
contractor will pick up spent mercury-containing lamps and devices from
various activities on Naval Air Station Jacksonville every ninety (90)
days and transport to his or her recycling facility. The recycling
facility shall be in compliance with all applicable federal, state and
local environmental regulations. The government will perform a site
inspection of the contractor's recycling facility prior to award to
ensure compliance with applicable regulations and permits. The standard
industry code (SIC) is 8999, size standard is $5.0M. This procurement
will be advertised as a 100% small business set aside. All responsible
