The contractor shall provide support services to all CDC/ATSDR and Commissioned Corps female employees participating the New Mother Lactation Support Program. Services shall be provided at various CDC/ATSDR locations on a nationwide basis. The contractor shall furnish required breast pumps manufactured by Medela, or equal, training, consultation services, and promotional/training literature. The period of performance will be for one year and one option year; the cost of the procurement is not expected to exceed $25,000.00 per year. Offers submitted must include data to demonstrate experience in providing lactation support services as described in the Statement of Work. Interested offerors should request RFQ number 95-117(Q).
