Work shall be accomplished in accordance with Appendices A and C. Item 0001 Initiator, 4 second delay, NSN 1377-01-203-8651ES, P/N: 821020-1, 170 each. To include all required reports and data. The contractor shall provide all labor and other parts/materials and equipment to accomplish this effort. Delivery: 6 months after receipt of reparable end item Destn: Hill Air Force Base UT 84056 The Government does not have sufficient data to procure this repair from other than the mentioned source. The approximate issue/response date will be 30 May 96. The anticipated award date will be 19 Jun 96. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation.
