Mallgrave (301) 975-6330 Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials for transformer repairs on the NIST campus in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The tasks shall include, but are not limited to: Inspection of transformers ( approximately 90); Preparation of report of visual inspection; Fluid Analysis; Documentation of leaks found; Repair of leaks; Replacement of monitoring devices associated with the transformer, and other associated tasks. It is anticipated that the award will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Time and Materials contract with a period of performance of one year and one option year. The minimum and maximum for the base year are $50,000 and $300,000, respectively. The minimum and maximum for the option year are $10,000 and $100,000, respectively.
