The U.S. Department of State, Office of Foreign Buildings Operations intends to negotiate a sole source contract to the incumbent contractor, Interlog, Inc., for qualified personnel with the required security clearances, to perform construction security equipment installation at various Department of State facilities worldwide. The period of performance under this contract shall be approximately 51,000 direct hours of effort. In addition to the installation the contractor shall be responsible for storing, testing, packing, shipping, and some removal of the construction security equipment. Note 22 applies.
