Zangwill, (301)443-5672 The Health Resources and Services Administration proposes to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM), 8880 Ward Parkway, POBox 8729, Kansas City, MO 64114. The purpose of this contract is to establish a Family Medicine National Advisory Committee responsible for developing a Five - Year Strategic Faculty Development Plan for Family Medicine, pilot test the STFM Faculty Development Fellowship Accreditation Process, and, implement up to three programs in high priority needs. The Society of Teachers of Family Medicine is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). Only one source is available. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is on file.
