Zangwill, (301)443-5672 The Health Resources and Services Administration proposes to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with the American Medical Student Association, 1902 Association Drive, Reston, VA 22091, to utilize the medical student organization network in order to promote generalist training to a level where physicians-in-training view the selection of a primary care career as one of the most attractive and natural choices they could make in the field of medicine. The American Medical Student Association is deemed the only resonsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c)1. Only one source is available.
