The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision, and management necessary for street sweeping and cleaning services at various Naval activites in San Diego, California. This will be a combination Firm-Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity Contract set aside for small business firms. This is Invitation for Bid (IFB).
