provide instructors for teaching Special Forces Intercultural
Communications. The Regional areas are Europe, Middle East, Africa,
Latin America, and Asia. Subject Areas are Natural Environment,
History, Culture, Religion, Intercultural Communications, Economics,
Foreign Policy, and Contemporary Issues. The instructors shall have a
Baccalaureate Degree and have had teaching experience commensurate to
the under-graduate level for at least one year. The instructors shall
also have had at least one year service/work experience in the same
region as his region of study as part of a U.S. Government agency. If
a potential employee has at least one (1) year of experience working
with the people of the region as part of a university of a
Non-Governmental agency, this would be considered an acceptable
alternative to service in a U.S. Governmental agency. This will be a
Requirements type contract. Date for receipt of bids is estimated;
actual opening date and time will be included in the solicitation.
Number of courses and dates subject to change based on military
requirements and missions. The Standard Industrial Code for this
requirement is 8299; to be considered a small business under this code,
you may not have more than $3.5 million annual average gross revenue
taken from the last 3 fiscal years. Due to the automation of the
Bidder's Mailing List, certain pertinent information is required before
vendors can be added to the list. It is, therefore, required that all
responses/requests for solicitation include the vendor's business size.
Requests for solicitation must also state that vendor is not currently
on a consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended and Ineligible
Contractors or otherwise ineligible to receive Government contracts.
All requests must be submitted in writing - reference solicitation
number and title. No telephone requests for copies of the solicitation
