The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Vocational and Adult Education solicits proposals for a firm fixed price contract for an Urban High School Reform project. The contract is to provide a model of school-wide education reform at the high school level that will enhance initiatives promoted by the School-to-Work Act and the Carl D Perkins Vocational and Applied Technology Education Act. This contract will assist urban sites in refining and expanding key elements or the school-to work strategy on a school-wide basis. The period of performance will be for 24 months.
