This is a sole source requirement to Tracor Flight Systems, Inc. Requirement is to provide subsonic/supersonic flight services to launch AQM-37 targets. Three F-4D aircraft configured for missile range operations including government furnished aerial refueling probes to make aircraft compatible with USN drogue equipped tankers are required to provide services. Government furnished equipment not available for installation until 01 OCT 1996. Two of the aircraft must be fully equipped with GFE by 10 NOV 96 to facilitate qualification of pilots in both USAF boom refueling and USN drogue refueling systems. First scheduled deployment in Puerto Rico, 17 NOV 96. Third aircraft must be available for subsonic/supersonic flight services NLT 20 DEC 96.
