The work includes the design and construction of a concrete pad with drainage sump, concrete columns, metal roof structure, provision of a 4,000 gallon above ground gasoline tank with electronic inventory control dispenser system, eyewash station, lighting, fire alarm pull box, complete with all site improvements and utilities, ready for use. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered.
