Project is for the construction of 14 Military Family Housing Units at Hurlburt Field, Florida. There is also an option to construct one additional unit (general officers quarters). The 14 units consist of one General Officers, four senior officers, and nine field grade officers units. The work consists of, but is not limited to, site elevation, utility systems, roads/paving, landscaping, and sea wall/marine structures on existing sites. Contractor is to provide normal amenities to include parking areas, garages, HVAC, patios, and private fencing. This acquisition is unrestricted.
