The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) has need for fence construction, a 4-strand barbed-wire boundary fence on the Bear Lake National Wildlife Refuge near Montpelier, Idaho. Work consists of furnishing all labor and equipment to construct approximately 54. miles of new 4-strand fence, setting of posts, in-line stress panels, corner panels, end panels, wire gates and clearing of debris from the fence line.
