Providing two (2) each Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) systms, one for each end of the runway. 2. Demolish two (2) VASI systems and five (5) wind indicators. 3. Providing five (5) each Wind Indicators. 4. Providing two (2) multiplex control systems for the PAPI systems (one for each PAPI system). 5. Providing three (3) each constant current regulators (one as spare). 6. Providing all required airfield lighting foundations. 7. Also included is providing all utilities and accessories needed tot he above work to be complete and usable. Project location: Runway 05 and 23, Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. Training: The Contractor shall train Government personnel in the proper operation and maintenance of all supplied equipment. The estimated value of the work is between $100,000 and $250,000 dollars. Government furnished materials are not included. The contract performance period shall be broken into two phases with an estimated 70 calendar days between completion of the first phase and issuance of notice to proceed for the second phase. Performance period for the first phase is 112 calendar days and 21 calendar days for the second phase. The work is located in a controlled area. Interested parties should provide evidence of capacity to obtain bonds for a project of this magnitude and information that demonstrates a capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude.
