The requirement in general is for indefinite quantity contracts for repairs and alterations in various Postal Service facilities in States of Idaho and the eastern portion of Washington. Offerors may submit a proposal for one or both States. Work may include any items detailed in the Unit Price Schedule. Offerors will be required to submit a Multiplier that will apply equally to all unit line items. Multiple awards may be made. The term of the contract shall be for two years, with a maximum value of $1,000,000. The initial contract value shall be $250,000, and the Postal Service reserves the option to increase the potential value of the contract in increments of $250,000. Additional consent of surety will be required for each incremental increase. Solicitation packages are available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00.
