Wilson, (216)838-6091 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to accomplish the work indicated on the drawings and specifications for project entitled, ''Renovation of Female Patient Privacy Toilets/Bathrooms,'' Project No. 94-1010, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Wade Park Unit), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. Work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of specified interior partitions, ceilings, floors, and other items which include buildout of toilet/bathing facilities and adjacent areas affected by the project on the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors and above the third floor ceiling. Work is to be performed in three (3) phases by vertical plumbing chase. There will be a $25.00 non-refundable fee for all requests for this solicitation.
