Projects likely to be covered by this contract will be for the maintenance, repair and minor construction at the 105th AG, Air National Guard Base, Stewart Airport, 1 Militia Way, Newburgh, New York. Delivery orders will be based on individual projects and may be issued over a period of one calendar year from the date of award; with options to extend the basic contract for four (4) additional one year periods. Delivery orders shall not exceed a cumulative amount of $5,000,000; under no circumstances may an Individual Delivery order exceed $300,000. The minimum guaranteed value of this contract is $5,000. IFB DAHA30-96-B-0008 will be issued on or about 03 June 1996 with a Bid Opening Date on or about 10 July 1996.
