Z -- FIRM FIXED PRICE REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR REPAIRS TO FIRE STATION, BLDG 321 SOL N62467-94-Q-7179. Due 062196. Contractor shall provide and secure all labor, material, equipment, effort and supervision to provide repairs to the Fire Station, Building 321. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Remove existing window assembly and door. Provide new section of masonry wall, new doors, and furr-down area. Provide pre-engineered, prefabricated canopy. Provide concrete walkway and generator pad. Provide thru-wall a/c unit, exhaust fan, supply fan, backdraft damper and ductwork. Remove existing light fixtures and provide new. Provide carbon monoxide detector. Provide electrical modifications as required to support the work listed above. Copies of specifications will be available upon publication of this notice. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Emerging Small Businesses. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Firm Fixed Price. Estimated cost is between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00. Contract completion time is 135 days after award. A site visit is recommended but not required and will be held on 4 June 1996 at 9:00 am CT. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this project is 1542, size standard $17M.
