Silva-Azevedo at 206-526-6034 Construction of a 2 tank enclosure facility which includes a CMU/timber support structure and wooden deck platform for the endangered Hawaiian Monk Seals. Work includes construction of CMU masonry columns, framing, plywood application, scupper drop drainage,priming,caulking,and protective coating of exterior surfaces. Government will furnish a metal building which shall be securely anchored to the deck platform. Piping for all salt water supply/return and deck drain lines and placements of metal building and Government furnished tanks will be provided by the Government. Requirement includes an optional item for applying fiberglass mat/roving surface treatment to all floor surfaces and coving on walls(including metal building). Estimated start date is July 1, 1996. All work is to be completed in 60 calendar days after issuance of NTP.Estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000. Procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. See Note 1.
