Asphalt cement shall include the anti-stripping agent JETCO AD-142 at 0.3 percent by weight and should be added prior to delivery. Delivery between July 1996 and December 1996 for both items. Delivery of liquid asphalt and AC-30 cement to be in 5,000 gallon increments on an as call basis.
