Delivery of the items to JSC (FOB Destination) is required within 30 days ARO. This notice serves as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA). This procurement is restricted by a Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition Pursuant to 40U.S.C. 459 (g) Specific Make and Model. The quoter shall provide a description (including manufacturer, brand, and model no.) in sufficient detail to show that the product quoted meets the specifications included in this notice. If the end product(s) quoted is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in the clause entitled ''Buy American Act Supplies,'' the quoter shall so state and shall list the country of origin. The quoter shall provide evidence of an established catalog or market price which may be an excerpt from a catalog, price list, schedule, or other verifiable and established record.
