Because of hardware and software compatibility issues, the Government believes that the Jakarta product is the only multimedia card which will work with existing training software designed around the use of the Jakarta product. The Government intends to contract with Jazz Multimedia for the item referenced above. The proposed procurement action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit to only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
