The US Coast Guard Electronics Engineering Center (EECEN), Wildwood, NJ is requesting verbal quotes for 8 transport chassis cases as follows: 4 each with the following specifications: 1) 15U high x 32.3'' wide x 27.3'' deep; 2) 19'' chasis; 3) aluminum material; 4) payload = 75 lbs with eight each shock mounts; 5) removable front & rear covers attached with star screws; 6) two each pressure release valves; 6) polyurethane outer case covering; 7) one locking slide-out shelf with telescopic slides and load bearing capacity of 20 lbs; 8) skirt seal at front of chassis; and 9) front panel with one shatterproof window 7'' high x 14'' wide located 6'' down from top of front inner cover with seven equally distant and centered connector holes 3'' up from the bottom of the front inner panel. This is a combined synopsis and request for quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ; verbal quotes are being requested; a written RFQ will not be issued. Award will be 15 days from the date this notice is published in the CBD. Award will be made to the company offering the lowest price.
