This is designated as full and open competition to service approximately 30,000 veteran loans nationwide (a portfolio totaling approximately $1.3 billion). The administration of these loans encompasses some of the following services: collect and properly apply payments, pay real estate taxes and hazard insurance, administer foreclosures, process assumptions, furnish standard and customized reports, remit payments, maintain records on all loans, notification of full payment on loans, report delinquent accounts, etc. The contract will provide for a base year and four option years.
