The National Ground Intelligence Center, Charlottesville, VA, intends to procure the development of user friendly FrameMaker APIs which significantly improve the authoring, editing, printing and dissemination processes at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). The APIs developed under this order shall be made available free of charge to any Government agency that requests them. APIs developed under this order will be specifically shared with the Defense Intelligence Agency, National Air Intelligence Center, Missile and Space Intelligence Center, Armed Forced Medical Intelligence Center, Joint Intelligence Center-Pacific, and the National Security Agency. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested parties may identify their interest in writing and provide a capability statement stating the ability to provide the Framemaker APIs. (134)
