Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to demolish Taxiway C asphalt and portland cement concrete pavement. Contractor should also replace with top soil, seed, fertilize and mulch. The proposed acquisition will be issued as unrestricted. Issue date will be approximately 17 May 1996.
