The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Detachment Philadelphia proposes to acquire Restoration and Preservation Services for the Naval War College Library in Newport, Rhode Island. The services will provide for the restoration and preservation of Library artifacts including books, microfilm, photographs, blueprints, maps and flat papers. The Restoration and Preservation Services will be in support of all current and future Naval War College Library restoration and preservation projects. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. The anticipated number of hours of effort is 340 during the initial contract period of 1 August 1996 through 31 July 1997 with an additional two (2) one-year option periods of 340 hours of effort each for a total three (3) year estimated effort of 1,020 hours.
