The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to issue a solicitation for a time and materials indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for support services for operation and managing government lodging of all west coast & pacific region facilities for the fitting out and supply support assistance center (FOSSAC). This solicitation is issued I/A/W FAR 6.1. Offerors shall be required to submit cost and technical propostals.
