(Site Code DACA05) This project consists of constructing a 40-foot x 50-foot pre-engineered steel building, that shall include reinforced concrete footings, concrete foundation walls, concrete slab on grade, floor drains, concrete driveway, concrete sidewalk, metal roof deck with insulation and elastomeric membrane roofing over steel joists, roof vents, gypsum board ceiling at plus 14 feet above the finished floor in the shop, carbon monoxide sensors in the shop area, heat pump for heating and cooling, space heaters, interior lighting, electrical outlets, boat racks, workbench, storage shelves, base and wall cabinets, pre-post dive tables, 18-foot long outboard motor rack and motor flush tank. All doors and frames shall be steel and windows shall be aluminum. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1542. The size standard for this SIC code is: $17.0 million. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications for this project must be ordered by the DUE DATE of 10 Jun 96 to ensure receipt of bid sets at a cost of $28.00 for specifications (drawings are in 11'' x 17'' fold-out format).
