Task Order will be awarded under this contract considering such factors as past performance, quality of deliverables, ability to meet schedule requirements, relevant experience, cost control and cost or price. A minimum of $200,000 is guaranteed to each awardee. The basic contract period shall be for twelve months with options not to exceed thirty six months. The maximum allowable work to be ordered under each twelve month period is $100 million for a total not to exceed $300 million. This is a competitive negotiation requiring the submission of technical proposals. Award(s) of this contract will be made considering price, past performance and the following technical factors: relevant experience, management plan, subcontractor management capabilities and financial capacity. The solicitation will be issued on 24 May 1996. The date scheduled for receipt of proposals is 25 June 1996. A preproposal conference will be held with date to be determined.
