PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes removal of existing ACP pavement and replacing with portland cement concrete pavement, installation of associated drainage structures including trench drains and sumps and incidental related work. The proposed procurement will result in the award of one firm-fixed price lump sum contract. During the performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 11 June 1996 at no charge until supplies are exhausted. The estimated Bid Opening date is 11 July 1996. Performance time is 90 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1771. The related small business size standard is $7 million. The estimated cost of the proposed procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
