The work includes all work shown on drawings and indicated in specifications, including sitework, demolition of existing Bldg 8-9, removal of all interior building systems: partitions, finishes, doors, existing stairs, interior windows, M/P/E systems, fixtures, all roofing materials (insulation, built-up membranes, etc) and the provision and installation of new systems, partitions, finishes, doors, new stairs that conform to Life Safety Codes, replacement of elevator in existing hoistway, replacement of existing roofing system and roof insulation, recaulking all exterior windows, replacement of existing insulated metal panels in aluminum window system with new insulated glasing to match existing, RF Shielded enclosures, miscellaneous exterior openings, new loading docks and handicapped ramps, new equipment, new M/P/E systems, new sprinkler and fire alarm systems, the painting of exterior surfaces, caulking of existing windows and repair of concrete at front stoop and incidental related work.
