The exact location of the Laguna Operating Yard is 21 miles northeast of Winterhaven, California, Imperial County. The performance time for completion of this project is 45 days. Copies of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on or about May 17, 1996. The proposed project is a 100-percent small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $7 million and the standard industrial classification code is 1799. Evaluation of quotations will be based on price alone. The estimated deadline date of receipt of bids is May 31, 1996.
