New construction shall consist of the installation of new light weight concrete topping materials, cast in place concrete roof decking and planter cap, new hot fluid applied reinforced rubberized asphalt membrane roofing materials, pedestal mounted precast concrete patio pavers as shown, new trence drain with steel trench covers, pvc outlet drains, cast in place concrete handicap ramp and new steel handrails as indicated.
