The work includes the complete demolition and removal of building 307 from the foundation up, and according to these specifications and the referenced drawings. Adjacent buildings and facilities are to be protected from any adverse effects of the demolition. All debris shall be collected in a dumpster and disposed of off-site according to applicable local, state and federal laws. PCBs and ACMs shall be removed according to Section 02076 and 02081 of the specifications. All utilities shall be safely disconnected without disturbing service to other buildings and facilities. The limits of work, and sediment control, shall be as indicated in the project drawings. The finished grade shall be as indicated in the drawing and concordant with these specifications. The Estimated Cost Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Standard Industrial Code is 1795. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million. This project is unrestricted and open for participation to all interested firms. The Bid Opening Date is 10 July 1996.
