Work shall include removal of deteriorated lead base paint and lead dust on Walls, ceilings, duct work, windows and related equipment in Bldg. 30. Lead dust will be hepa vacuumed and power washed off of all floor areas, windowsills, office furniture and eight (8) feet vertical on Walls. Labor, materials and disposal COST will be the sole responsibility of certified contractor that receives the competitive award. All Federal, state and City of Philadelphia Health, safety and environmental regulations will apply to this proposed contract. Square footage of area affected is 68,000 square feet.
