The Surface Texture Machine shall consist of a measuring unit, software, calibration standards, storage case and manuals. All definitions of Surface texture shall be derived from ASME B46.1. The contractor shall train at least three persons in the Physical Standards Laboratory at Newark Air Force Base in the operation of the Surface Texture Machine.
