The contractor shall provide the gasses and fill the Government-owned cylinders. The contractor shall be responsible for all inspection, testing and marking of cylinders. Contractor shall perform all cylinder service to include, but not limited to, testing for leaks, repairing valves, and painting cylinders. This will be a firm-fixed Price Requirements Contract. The anticipated performance period is from 01 AUG 1996 through 31 JUL 1997 with two (2) option years. The tentative issue date is 10 MAY 1996. The tentative bid opening date is 10 JUN 1996.
