The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, Lockheed Martin Corp, services to perform laboratory tests to validate the capability of existing Hough Transform Autonomous Target Recognition algorithms to locate targets and aimpoints within Government furnished video scenes. Contractor to deliver a letter report in contractor format of results of laboratory tests and deliver video tapes which demonstrate capability of autonomous target algorithms to select targets and aimpoints in a cluttered scene. Statement of Work will provide details required. Due to the proprietary nature of these services, this requirement is sole sourced to Lockheed Martin Corp, Orlando, FL. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Solicitation will be issued on or about 15 days after publication of this notice.
