The requirement consists of providing copying machine(s), all consumable supplies (except paper), emergency repair service during normal working hours, periodic preventiative maintenance,and operator training services. The areas of service consist of the State(s) of Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, and consists of a variety of State, Federal and Local requesting organizations. It is anticipated a Firm Fixed Price/Requirments type of contract will be issued as a result of this requirement. The period of service is for a based one year period with an option to renew an additional 3 (1) year option periods.
