Synopsis Number A-11-provide all materials, parts, labor, and transportation necessary to perform maintenance on Ohmeda Anesthesia equipment listed: Modulus II anesthesia machines, Modulus II Plus anesthesia machine, Carbon dioxide monitors, Pulse oximeters, Anesthesia ventilator MDL 7000, Anesthesia ventilator MDL 7810, Modulus CS/VC anesthesia machines, Fluotec 4 vaporizers, Isotec 4 vaporizers, Supranetec 6 vaporizers, Isotec 5 vaporizers, and Fluotec 5 vaporizers. Services is to include four preventive maintenance inspections, two calibrations on each anesthesia machine, one calibration/exchange on each vaporizer and all interim service calls.
